We are fully aware that our productive process unavoidably creates some effects on the environment, as for instance, but not limited to: the waste generated by processing, the consumption of energy sources and the release of gas into the atmosphere. That is why we constantly put a special effort to reduce the impact on the environment throughout staff awareness activities and by making targeted investments and constantly monitoring the environmental aspects also with the support of certified and qualified partners.

We consider the safeguard of health and safety in the work environment a crucial matter, during the execution of the daily activities, that is a constant commitment which is included in the overall targets of the company. Keep the work environment monitored, improving to reach the best safety standards on machines and systems, implementing of both general and specific training programs based on the role held in the company, the attention in the choice of the personal protective equipment and their use. All these elements assure the respect of our principles.

The respect of the human rights represents one of the foundations on which our company is based, both inside and outside of itself, ensuring safe working conditions for all the employees and maintaining its full integrity over the time; child labor is strictly forbidden, and any kind of discrimination is prohibited.
